Mr. Alexanda'e Wint is a really a good facilitator, he is patient, timely and has a good listening skills , pauses at intervals to make sure that what he communicates is understood.He will not allow you to leave without asking if he can be of any other assistance to you. A true community practitioner who knows all about community development .
This community relations director took the time from his busy schedule to assisted my mom in the renewal of her passport. Mr. Wint went behond what was expected of him.....
To begin with he educated both my mom and I how the process work and also outlined some of the services in which their office undertakes in the community.
